HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Use a sulfate-free shampoo to achieve the most body.
For best results, allow hair to air dry after washing.
Avoid use of heavy oils and excessive product- this will weigh down the hair and take away from it's natural luster.
Avoid excessive heat.
HOW LONG WILL THIS HAIR LAST?
With proper care, our hair extension bundles will last a year or longer. Lace closures usually last between 2-3 months. Because of the unique and delicate craftsmanship, lace frontals have a shorter life span of 4-6 weeks or 1-2 uses, and typically need to be re-applied and strictly maintained in order to get the full wear.

HAPPY TRESSES currently ships orders using Three-day shipping via USPS or FedEx.
Orders placed at Happytresses.com before 12 pm standard eastern time will be shipped the same day. Please note that orders placed during sales or high volume holidays may require up to 3-5 business days processing time before departing our facilities. Three-day shipping requires 3 business for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS or FedEx, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service or FedEx.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Co-wash your extensions before installation with an organic conditioner in warm water only.
Always allow hair to air dry so that it converts back to its original texture.
Be sure to shampoo your hair weekly with sulfate- free products and an organic conditioner.
When combing hair, be sure to use a wide tooth comb and begin detangling from the end to the root.
Use hair oils and moisturizers sparingly as they will wear down your hair and take away from it's natural luster.
Be sure to use a satin hair scarf, pillow case or bonnet to protect hair while sleeping.
